EBBE Virgin Hair would like you to read the following information before you make a purchases. It contains important information  regarding your rights, responsibilities which may apply to you as a customer.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If the product you are wanting to order is not available it means it is out of stock. Please check back frequently to see if it is available. Virgin Hair is in high demand so we will try to restock in a timely manner.

All Custom Units are made after all unit requirements are met and hair is purchased. Your Custom creation process will not start until the full amount due is paid.

SHIPPING

Please allow 5 business days to process order and 3 to 5 business days for shipping, Unless you have a custom order you may expect delays.

Custom orders can take up to 4 weeks depending on the clients desired needs.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

We do not offer down payments or financing on any of our products. WE accept all major credit cards your card will be charged upon your order placement.

FRAUD

We take fraud and theft very seriously! Fraud on our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Your Billing and Shipping address must match to complete your order. For all credit card sales make online you must provide a valid drivers license that matches the credit card being used.
