5 DAY RETURN POLICY 

All Sales are Final!*

* We only accept returns on hair or products that have not been colored, installed, cut, untied at the top of bundle or altered in any way from its original packaging.

* We do not accept returns if product is damaged or not what you purchased, but your return request must be made within 5 days before the end of the business day 6pm EST.

* We only do Store credits equal to your original store purchase.

*You must send the product back before we can process exchange. Shipping and Handling costs will be at the customer's expense.
